Caryn LoCastro is a North America lead for Google’s brand solutions & innovations team, enabling advertising partners to unlock new opportunities through digital. She manages regional commercialization for YouTube's premium advertising platform, Google Preferred, and develops scalable tools and strategies to activate video marketing success across the country’s biggest brands. Previously Caryn was the principal marketing strategist for a Google team managing beauty & personal care industry partnerships. Drawing from market research, internal analytics, and consumer trends, she identified compelling insights and opportunities to position clients for growth.
Before joining Google in 2014, Caryn spent four years at AMC Networks overseeing groundbreaking campaigns as Director of Marketing & Promotions for SundanceTV. There she led digital and social media strategies, consumer activations, and promotional partnerships for original series and tentpole events like the Sundance Film Festival. Prior to AMCN, Caryn spearheaded sales development and retail promotions for Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products and began her career at USA Network, where she helped launch new branding campaigns and build engagement around hit shows like “Psych” and “Burn Notice”. Caryn graduated summa cum laude from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Sociology & Anthropology. She later completed the Tuck Business Bridge Program at Dartmouth and was selected for the WICT Rising Leader Program. She continues to serve as an alumni mentor and career advisor from her homebase in NYC, where she lives with her husband and goldendoodle.
