Jeff Justice is a SaaS technology leader with almost 15 years of professional experience. Currently, he leads Dropbox’s Enterprise Success division from its New York office where he is responsible for overseeing the team advising Dropbox’s largest corporate customers, organization-wide deployments, strategic program execution and internal product development. He has successfully led and implemented key programs for clients such as NBCUniversal, DreamWorks, Turner Broadcasting, Hubspot, Avison Young, ESPN and more. He is also an active member of Dropbox’s Executive Presentation team, BlackDropboxers ERG (Employee Resource Group), Dropbox For Good and Dropbox Grant Foundation.

Before joining the Dropbox team, Jeff held the role of Account Team Manager at Xaxis, a WPP/GroupM company. He oversaw aligned leadership relationship across Account Management, Analytics, Strategy & Investment and Associate teams with Agency partners for high profile clients such as Marriott, KFC, United Airlines and IKEA. He held previous roles at Meltwater, Seedco and Bloomberg Business Solutions, working with the NFL, Marriott Vacations Club Worldwide, TripAdvisor, Zipcar, Chicken Soup for the Soul, M&T Bank, United Water and more. He is an MBA graduate of Thunderbird School for Global Management and completed his undergrad in Communications at Howard University.

In addition to his professional work, Jeff has had a notable role in media as a voiceover talent for major brands, Artist Rep for performance groups, co-founder of numerous start-ups and also hosted major network radio shows. He is also currently on the board of three organizations that are alongside his passions — re:imagineATL, WearWorks and API Associates — and is the co-founder of Doing AOK, a recent non-profit startup formed with his wife, Laura, through which they initiate and perform service for the community. He is an avid traveler and has lived, studied and worked in 3 continents while visiting over 60 countries… and counting.
