Gerard Kunkel is an executive with extensive experience in leading company vision and strategy in the technology, media and entertainment business. Gerard has decades of experience bringing new products and services to market in TV, digital media and entertainment. Gerard has advised companies from the Fortune 50 in media and tech, to startups from Silicon Valley and beyond.

Gerard is founder and managing partner of Next Media Partners, LLC, a business, product, and technology consultancy for media and entertainment. From 2011 to 2014, Gerard served as an executive consultant to Microsoft, where he worked with the leadership team in shaping the product plans for Microsoft’s Xbox and TV products and services. From 2003 to 2011, Gerard held executive roles at Comcast, including president of GuideWorks, and as SVP, User Experience and Product Design. Prior to Comcast, Gerard held numerous executive roles in technology, media and entertainment, including president of WorldGate Communications.

Gerard also serves as President of BeachGlow: Concerts for Charity, Inc. a 501c3 charity and music festival dedicated to raising funds and awareness for youth oriented causes.
