Julie Rohmer is Vice President with Comcast Cable’s Customer Experience team, where she is focused on executing the company-wide strategy for transforming the company’s customer experience. In this role, she is responsible for aligning and driving the initiatives that are striving to make customer experience Comcast’s best product.

Julie has over 15 years of experience at Comcast. During the earlier part of her tenure with Comcast, she fulfilled various program management roles within the Business Development, Engineering, and Finance departments; where she managed strategic enterprise initiatives. Julie then took on the role of Director, Program Management for one of Comcast’s Regions, where she led a team responsible for managing the deployments of new products and services to Comcast’s customers across all lines of business, engineering implementations, and management of the Engineering Capital financial program. Prior to joining the Customer Experience Team, Julie was with Comcast’s Strategic Business Planning / Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). She was responsible for strategic portfolio oversight, program execution and ensuring cross-organizational alignment and prioritization.

Prior to Comcast, Julie was a Consultant for the Forum Corporation, a global learning and consulting services firm. Julie assessed and transformed how clients were managing their learning and development efforts to enable them to run them more strategically and efficiently.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College. She is a member of WICT Philadelphia, and was previously on the Chapter’s Board as the Marketing & Communications Chair.
