Peggy Gionta is the President of Partner's Consulting, Inc., a Nationally Certified Women-Owned Business specializing in Information Technology Project and Product Delivery within the Healthcare, Utility, Telecom and Banking industries. Fulfilling a longtime dream and a need to create balance between her career and family life, Peggy built Partner’s Consulting 10 years ago from the ground up, pushing aside fear of failure with a constant focus on growth and a strong drive for success. Today, her organization is an employer of choice, particularly for women with families, whose focus is achieving personal and professional balance. She now employs 50+ people and truly lives out the principles of her own business, “partnering for joint success.”

Prior to starting her own company, Peggy worked 15 years as an Account Executive, excelling as a top sales producer. She thrives on being a constant “learner” in life. She enjoys growing and discovering new things each day as she connects with many formal and informal coaches and mentors. She participates in numerous organizations and networking groups, such as Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), Women in Cable Telecom (WICT), the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and its group, The CEO Connection, Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, Main Line Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and National Association for Multi-Ethnicity In Communications (NAMIC), as well as various business events such as Vistage International and an Executive Education Seminar at Wharton.

Peggy believes that true involvement in the community is as important as creating meaningful jobs and careers. Her company provides direct financial support to various nonprofits, especially those dedicated to supporting underserved women and children. She is also actively involved in numerous organizations and networking groups that are devoted to building STEM awareness and supporting women to the gain confidence to break into the technology space to achieve their own economic independence and be sustainable for themselves and their families.

Peggy completed the Executive Program in Management at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy with a minor in Spanish, as well as her Master’s Degree in International Marketing from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

She resides in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Ron, and their daughter, Annajean.
