Ms. Ross is an experienced talent acquisition manager, career services professional and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, specializing in sourcing and recruiting diverse intern and early career talent, internship and post-graduate program management and career counseling. Prior to joining Viacom, Ms. Ross built out and managed comprehensive internship programs at both Loyola Marymount University and Art Center College of Design, where her responsibilities also included, providing career counseling and advisement to hundreds of students and alumni seeking careers in entertainment and the arts. Ms. Ross earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Wesleyan University, has a Master of Fine Arts from Columbia University, as well as a Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling from LMU. Ms. Ross has been with Viacom since 2014 and is a Senior Human Resources Manager on the Campus to Career team where she oversees college and diversity partnerships and manages the recruitment, programming and retention for three post-graduate development programs (including Viacom’s MBA Leadership Rotation Program, as well as the RISE Distribution & Business Development and ALL IN Marketing & Partner Solutions Programs). She also regularly facilitates Internal Mobility StrengthsFinder workshops for Viacom interns and employees at all levels, to support their professional development.
