Sandra Baez is a 20-year veteran digital advertising leader with experience creating leading-edge monetization strategies for content publishers. She is currently Vice President of Revenue Operations and Advertising Product at Univision. She leads the inventory, advertising product, programmatic, yield and pricing teams. She’s responsible for monetizing traffic across multiple platforms, brands and content types.

Sandra is an expert in yield management, digital pricing, digital ad display for desktop, mobile, video, ad serving systems, data collection, programmatic technologies, go-to market sales strategy, and monetization of data and products.

Before Univision, Sandra was Senior Vice President of Advertising Solutions and Publisher Operations at SheKnows Media. She built a scalable advertising business for the company’s digital media assets (Sheknows.com, Blogher, Stylecaster). She advanced the ad product and monetization strategy and maximized branded content and media.

As Vice President of DIgital Strategy, Operations and Product at The New York Post, she was responsible for go-to market sales and product strategy of the company’s digital products,including sales operations, programmatic strategy, and pricing. As the GM of the Verticals, she launched websites on various topics to expand the Post’s brand and audience.

At Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal, Sandra was the Vice President of Revenue Operations and Yield Management. She was responsible for pricing strategy, packaging of inventory, and maintaining a high yield for all digital ad display products globally. She managed all digital systems and relationships for ad serving technologies, order entry systems, and analytics tools. Her time at Dow Jones also included a stint as the Director of Sales Development, in which she was responsible for creative solutions for the largest advertisers, from directing the design to ensuring proper delivery. She played a key role in creating new forms of advertising campaigns.

Before that, Sandra had similar roles at CBS MarketWatch in San Francisco and News Corporation in New York.

Sandra has a bachelor’s in Sociology from Seton Hall University.
