Bilal Yamak was born in California, raised in Lebanon and currently resides in Washington D.C. He is a proud alumni of NOVA, Alexandria and now senior at George Mason University double majoring in Neuroscience and Conflict Analysis and Resolution. Through traveling and interacting with individuals from different backgrounds, he realized how alike humans are. He likes to consider himself a citizen of the world and believes it's our collective responsibility to take care of our planet; he chose to do his part by tackling warfare and armed conflict. Bilal has been active in ODI for several years and is thrilled to be on board as a NOVA representative. He will continue to be supportive of such an important and worthy outreach and is so appreciative to Dolly Wolf, to NOVA and to PACE.
